Senior Manager - Soft Services

Location : Bangalore

Profile :

- Responsible for all operational activities at the sites .

- Candidate should have very good exposure to FM especially in a multi-location environment (12- 15 yrs of exp)

- Subject Matter Expert in Soft services.

- Should be a very good team leader and should have handled large teams

- Should be self-driven to achieve targets and complete tasks within deadlines.

- Should be able to plan, lead and motivate the team in terms of accomplishing targets and objectives set on time.

- Should be very good at Business and customer relationship management

- Excellent at forecasting, budgeting and planning.

- Should have high quality skill in preparing and making presentations.

- Should be able to work in a high pressure environment.
