Sr. Social Media Marketing
- Minimum 6 years of relevant digital marketing experience with deep understanding of the Retail, D2C with hands-on experience with existing and upcoming digital practices (e.g., Omni Channel, Meme Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Community Building, Hyperlocal Marketing, Programmatic Ad Buying etc.).
- Strong network in the ecosystem with the key digital marketing agencies and partners (esp. including Facebook, Google and Affiliate networks).
- Exposure with social media tools and frameworks for building marketing strategies - segmentation, consumer profiling, consumer journey mapping, communication planning.
- Take a lead role in ensuring that our digital marketing activities are insights based.
- Take insights driven action with social media led media planning and media execution (Release) to maintain the desired ROAS.
- Develop unique Social Media Content Calendar with POVs based on insights and trends using first and third-party data to guide the Content team to plan Social Media Monthly Calendar rollouts.
- Social Media content scheduling & Releasing, page hygiene and response management.
- Always-on ad promotions on Google & Meta channels
- Ensure positive TOMA and Community Growth across Social Channels.
- Plan, envision, release and promote Monthly Sale led and Non-Sale led events on Online and Social Media channels.
- Lead Collab Integrations through Content and Affiliate Marketing efforts.
- Share monthly performance reports to management team.
