Senior Manager - Social Media - Internet/Online

The role will involve developing a social media strategy, manage a growing social media presence, developing the community and ensuring delivering innovative and best-in-class experiences within the social media space.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop Content Strategy across internal/external social media channels

- Develop guidelines and measurement to determine clear objectives and ensure the business is propelling forward, learning from past campaigns and using this insight to better future campaigns

- Knowledge of social analytics and hands on experience of driving ROI on digital campaigns, Idea generation - maintaining competitive edge by delivering innovative social media initiatives and solution

- Use knowledge of social media platforms to recommend promotional marketing opportunities, working alongside internal teams and/or agency.

- Leading a team that identifies new avenues to grow communities in focus markets to increase engagement across platforms, impact SEO, drive traffic to site, and influence sales that attract new customers and support stock sell-through

Looking for MBA with 8-10 years experience leading social media ( preferably with a fashion/beauty lifestyle brand) or corporate retail environment (working with Social media agency)

Active experience in all relevant social media channels, handling online campaigns, Analytics, Creative writing and editing, Deep understanding of influencer marketing including celebrities and bloggers
