Senior Manager - Social Media - eLearning Startup

Background:

We (Simplilearn) are the world's largest professional certifications company and provide online education, re-skilling solutions for working professionals with a presence in 100+ countries. We are looking for an enterprising individual to lead our India social presence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Has a passion for the independent jurisdiction, exponential learning and the accompanying hustle of a Startup.

- 2-8 years experience of driving social media strategy, buzz, managing various channels.

- Someone equally comfortable with strategy & execution.

- Possesses a creative flair coupled with an ability to make data driven decisions.

- Has an ability to thrive under pressure, work within tight deadlines and a shoe string budget if needed.

- Exposure to the education/ e-learning space would be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, orchestrate and execute social media & influencer driven campaigns end to end.

- Own the entire campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution to post-mortem analysis.

- Chart out an overall social strategy with an eye on creating earned media, buzz, revenue in that order of priority.

- Work with the PR function to ensure social media traction gets converted into media mileage wherever possible

Salary Range:10-15 LPA

Job Location - Bengaluru, India.
