Senior Manager - Social Media - Advertising Firm

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- 5+ years of marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent

- 7+ years of work experience in Consumer Marketing / Social Media Marketing

- Exceptional persuasive written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

- Very high degree of fluency in English

- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines is expected from someone in this role

- A cornerstone of high performance in this role is an extreme orientation towards learning iteratively. We are on Day 1 of building Prime Video for our customers in India we will need to continuously uncover the human insights that can be tested to craft the ideal experience for our customers

- Ambitious self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment will be useful. Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done

- Advanced comfort with analysis incl. use of products/features such as MS Excel, pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros

- A passion for movies, TV shows and other great digital content wouldn- t hurt!
