- Creates sales projections and sets objectives for Projects across the country

- Coordinates Product management with the Unit Team and external / internal stake holders and/ or service providers

- Lays down and creates manuals and process documents for the entire project range and improvises this from time to time. The process shall be complete from Project initiation to post placement service

- Liaisons with the concerned Government agencies, identifies potential projects, manages applications, supervises Execution of the projects

- Identifies and gets affiliations with the Nodal Agencies of the Government, SSC, NCVT and / other courses

- Designs training development plan, monitors Quality of training and placements

- Ensures compliance with the regulations and conducts regular audits and ensures that the programs are Quality compliant.

- Plans for the programs to be included basis the industry demand.

- Identifies projects from different sources including Government and non-government sources

- Plans and maintains the cash flows of the projects along with cost monitoring

- Setting-up Skill Development Training Centre, recruitment, marketing, business development, academic delivery, examination control, evaluation, industry tie-up and student placements.

- Develops and executes full strategic sales and marketing plans and programs for the Business Unit Drives sales effort for the services and products for the company

- Responsible for increasing and tracking company market share

- Identifies new Markets and Segments to penetrate for the expansion of the market

- Responsible for advancing Company Customer Service Reputation with external & internal Customer base

- Constructs and administers The Skill Development budget for The Skill Development BU

- Develop business in Country and Outside by building a performance oriented team

- Assigns and allocates resources to achieve specific business results

- Builds a strong aggressive team and monitors performance of the team and takes steps to execute the goal set for The Skill Development BU.

- Is able to predict the manpower requirement of The Skill Development BU and submits a Manpower Planning document and reviews the same vis a vis the execution

- Builds a strong Delivery team at identified location and sets up systems and processes to ensure that the customer requirement is fulfilled within the fixed TAT

- Continuously tries to reduce the TAT working with the team and the portal

- Follows up on the revenue and collections (escalation)

- Maintains strong bottomline for The Skill Development BU

- Complies with all Company policies such as adherence to Company Quality Standards

- Incorporates Company standards of excellence into daily work to foster a Total Quality environment and demonstrates personal commitment to excellence

- Other functions as required (non-critical functions)

Salary offered: 6 - 9 LPA
