Six Sigma Black Belt

A Six Sigma Black Belt helps improve a process by defining the problem, measuring the current process by collecting data, analysing the relevant data, optimizing the process and controlling the process output, Black Belt personnel help organizations reduce defects and maximize product and service quality. Additionally, they apply Lean principles to remove process steps that provide no value to the customer and reduce waste

Responsibilities

Black Belt personnel will

- Set the strategy & implement Six Sigma projects

- Work with executive leadership, select and prioritize projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals

- Create project plans and guide team members, including personnel certified at the Green and Yellow Belt levels

- Complete projects in a timely manner

- Trains other team members on how to use Six Sigma tools and techniques, such as control charts, histograms and a root cause analysis

Skills and Competencies

- Have five to seven years of experience leading Six Sigma projects

- Demonstrate proficiency with statistical and process management software, such as Minitab, and flow charting software or process mapping software, such as Igrafx

- Black Belt personnel typically demonstrate proven team leadership skills and the ability to influence others at all levels of an organization

Required Experience and Education

An individual contributor role

- Lead projects in Media /Service industry especially Billing, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

- Hands on experience in at least 10 projects end to end

- Is a certified Six Sigma Black-Belt

- Overall experience between 8 - 10 years hands-on experience in leading multiple projects

- Will be hired on permanent basis.

Should be black belt six sigma certified and should have handled projects in

- Billing ( Must )

- Payables (preferred)

- Collections (preferred)

- Cost Saving
