We have a position in one of the TOPMOST BIG 4 Consulting / Accounting MNC BRAND
LOCATION : Bangalore
REPORTING : HR Head
CTC : negotiable based on current CTC, experience, interview status .
About client :
- Client offshore unit is a joint venture in India among members of the client network that will leverage the scale and capabilities of the network.
- The Delivery Center will provide a professional an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the ability to develop process and quality based skills.
Responsibilities ( in short ) :
Partnering Business :
- Is able to support an entire business from HC, Admin and day to day operations perspective
- Possesses a deep knowledge of HR policies, Karnataka State Laws and procedures including labour laws
- Have got good local connect with the Industry, Campuses and with the Vendors
- Is able to introduce best practices from the market
- Possess relevant HR Generalist experience of 12 to 15 years
- Demonstrate flexibility for completing assigned team and individual tasks in allotted timeframe and within agreed budget.
- Meet all of the compliance requirements on a timely basis.
Employee Engagement :
- Able to connect with the Bangalore people and keep them engaged.
- Own and drive the effectiveness of each programme and ensure maximum participation across the verticals.
Admin Operations Support :
- Responsible for managing general administration functions like facility, space / environment / employee health and safety
- Overall Vendor Management (Negotiation, deployment, reporting Service Quality issues).
- Responsible for an area or site budget and implementation of cost saving, quality improvement, and/or efficiency strategies.
- Acts as a liaison to governmental agencies and local associations with authority to resolve issues.
Line Manager - HR Leader :
Priority team relationships - HR Business Partners, HR - Ops/ HR - L&D, HR Leader
Key client relationships - Delivery Leaders, Employees
Requirements :
Preferred Industry : IT, ITES, Reputed KPO, Big 4, Telecom, BPO, Insurance.
Level of experience : 11 to 17 yrs
Knowledge of Bangalore / Karnataka market and ability to speak Kannada language will be an added advantage
Qualifications : Full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute with minimum 50% throughout (from Class X onwards)
Industry experience : at least 10 - 15 relevant years with reputed brands in IT/ ITeS industries PREFERRED.
Technical Capability :
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PPT.

- Possess standard project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Has experience of managing teams. Actively owns personal and team development and learning in line with personal and business objectives
- Manages internal stakeholders across all levels
- Leads through developing and supporting others. Can understand people requirements and apply to delivery solutions. Can work globally and adapt to behaviours.
- Acts as a coach to junior team members
- Ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines maintaining equanimity
- Monitors the work of others with view of increasing performance and efficiency
- Communication skills, particularly feedback and listening skills
- Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
- Time management and prioritisation
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with employees, and managers
