Diverse group with large indirect spend base across various business is also looking to set up a shared service model for indirect procurement. The key categories include logistics, sales & marketing, professional services, FOS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in overall solution design and creation of detailed implementation road map.
- Baselining spend data, understand policies & procurement practices, and help in developing the operating plan for a shares service organization.
- Benchmarking & implementation of improvement initiatives at category level to deliver on identified KPIs.
- Understand supplier market structure, business priorities and come up with category level strategy for indirects.
- Set up and running of the PMO for various work streams. Track and report on progress, timelines, performance metrics, such as cost savings and SLAs.
- Support in onboarding of group companies & business units to a shared procurement platform
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration from a premier institute
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting roles advising clients in operations / improvement projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analytics & data visualization tools. Good presentation skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders.
