Senior Manager - Service Delivery - Accounts Payable - Construction

- Responsible for Service Delivery for Accounts Payable in assigned Countries & Entities.

- Should be a P2P Process expert having in depth knowledge in P2P process & shared services industry trends.

- Ensure Accounting policies and other Financial control policies are adhered to by the team.

- Drive and implement Process Improvements & Productivity Measures in teams/processes.

- Responsibilities typically include setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

- Actively engage in process re-engineering and review and implement standard process flow.
