Senior Manager II - Seller Growth
1. Scaling up Market Place business on Client's Platform.
2. Work with Partners to grow sellers managed by them. Define Structure and Strong Governance around the same.
2. Develop Ecosystem for helping sellers to grow their business and make operation seamless for them
3. Understanding the challenges faced by Seller and working towards structural solve for it.
4. Work closely with cross function Team Like Product, Planning, Categories, Demand Planning, Seller Marketing, Seller Experience, Business Finance etc to ensure key goals are achieved
5. Would be responsible to enable various growth levers that would help sellers grow business on client
6. Would work closely with Merchandising teams to get the right visibility for the portfolio.
7. Develop in depth knowledge of competition and learn from Best practices
8. All other duties as assigned.
Financial-Revenue Generation and seller growth for Managed Seller on Platform.
Non - Financial:Co-ordination with various teams, Performance Management, Seller and partner Management, Collaboration skills, Strategic Initiatives.
Internal Operating Network- Marketplace, Product : Listings, Merchandising, Selller ONboarding, Seller Experience & Marketing, Business Finanace & Product.
Able to see logic in arguments, back any argument with data, ability to identify problem areas and recommend solutions, able to analyse root causes for issues,Ability to get things done through the team, prioritization and delegation of responsibilities, act as a mentor, develop process skills in the team, maintain composure in demanding situations, maintain cordial working environment for the team, motivate the team, drive for results.
Manage working relationships with different teams, maintain timely and appropriate communication with all stakeholders, end to end closure of any open items.
Ability to communicate in different situations, clarity of thoughts, ability to effectively communicate with different people.
Preferably pass outs from IIM A, IIMB, IIMC 12/13 PASSOUTS and ISB 2015 Passouts
