Senior Manager - Security & Regulatory Compliance - People Transport

Looking for a ex- Army Short Service Commissioned officer for the role of Senior Manager-Security & Regulatory Compliance (People Transport) with a leading Third Party Logistics Company

Role

Liaisoning with Regulatory bodies to protect the organization interests in all facets of the people transport Services and enforce safety measures, investigates & ensures timely corrective measures against any suspicious activity involving employees, contractors or contractor's employees.

Industry Type

Military or Indian Police Service or Public Affairs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. A Commissioned Officer from Military/IPS/ Public Affairs OR Senior Manager in Large Security organization in public affairs role.

2. Short services or a full tenure candidate will do.

3. Needs to be HSE/OSAS (Occupational health & safety certification) certified

4. Strong communication Skill- English (oral & written), Hindi & regional languages (oral)

5. Strong Interpersonal skill.

6. Significant Administrative experience in Public or Private sector holding Senior Position.

7. Adaptability - Adjustment to schedules and flexibility to travel inter-intra city for Investigation, training and liaisoning.

Job Description

1. Develop & maintain a high level of relationship with all regulatory bodies especially Police, RTO and other regulatory bodies involving Transport at all operating Locations.

2. Liaison with regularity authorities (RTO/ Police)

3. Support development & implementation of the Security procedures.

4. some bit of investigative experience

5. Assesses the character & professional integrity of employee and contractor staff incl. Drivers.

6. Monitor and investigate the cases of the professional integrity perpetrated by employees or contractors or contractors- employees. Report Enquiry report and results to Management.

7. Monitor and reports on compliance with established Operating Procedures.

8. Support & organize Security & Regulatory Compliance related Processes & training through external regulatory agencies.

- Timely coordination & liaisoning for a prompt resolution of all security and service incidents/accidents related to transport is the key activity and responsibility of Security Manager.

- Security Manager Position will be central and independent from Branch Operations.
