Senior Manager - Security - Real Estate

Purpose of the role

Establishment and management of the site security function as an effective enabling function. The role is responsible for providing lead the security function in the north cluster by implementing Corporate Security policies, standards and practices covering:

- Physical Security

- Business Continuity Management from RE perspective.

- Security Investigations and fraud preventions.

- Enhance security and safety awareness.

- Environmental Health & Safety

- Mitigate and minimise security risk to the organization's human, physical and informational assets

- Electronic security - Access control and CCTV systems preferably Lenel systems.

- Emergencies/Crisis management.

- Fire Safety

- Liaison with local Police stations, Fire stations, Hospitals etc.

- Responsible for ensuring flawless audits ( ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and 18001 audits)

Skills:

Management Proficiency, surveillance Skills, Information gathering and analyzing capability, budget planning, and Expense tracking, reporting Skills, scheduling, dealing with complexity, good operating skills on MS office and relevant IT knowledge.

Incumbent must have good communication skills and should be able to conduct training for employees.
