Managing overall securitization and assignment activities of the Company (including sale of stressed assets)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing overall securitization and assignment activities of the Company (including sale of stressed assets)
- Liaisoning with external stakeholders such as Banks, Mutual Funds, Rating Agencies, Legal Counsel, Arrangers, Trustees, ARCs etc. and internal stakeholders such as Tax, Accounts, Legal, Business & Secretarial for smooth functioning.
- End to End management of existing DA and PTC book
Remittances & Servicing
- Ensuring timely Remittances & Servicing for all PTC and DA Transactions; cleanup / closure of pools
- Reconciliation of Loan Balances with Banks & Auditors to save any revenue leakage
- Monitoring of Expense MIS, Mandates & Bills payable to various Rating Agencies, Legal Counsel, Arrangers, Trustees etc.
Collateral Management
- Handling and maintaining timely maturity / renewal / Closure of FDs ; BGs
- Facilitating Collateral placement and swapping / interchange to obtain best possible yield
- Credit Enhancement reset - checking eligibility and liaisoning with investors ; rating agency for approvals Sale of stressed assets
- Pool Creation and updation based on system reports & update Management on Amount available for sale to ARCs.
- Conducting and handling various due diligence activities; Health check-up of physical loan files, Compliances with regulations and Company Policy, Vetting of Legal Documents
- Preparation of approval notes/ presentations and other documents for authorization of transactions from Treasury Committee & Management Committee & closure of deals
- Management of monthly SRs
- Ensuring transaction documents are in order
- Data Analytics for submission to the various investor ; rating agencies; various types of MIS
- IT System Management - Coordination with System department for process upgradation and modification Resolving audit queries
Requirement (Experience / Skill / Qualification / Industry background etc.)
Job requirement/Skills:
- Ability to liaise and build rapport within the organization as well as with external stakeholders, problem solving skills, communication skills, positive attitude.
- Understanding of NBFC/HFC business & regulations
- Understanding of Securitization, Direct Assignment, Sale of stressed assets to ARCs, etc.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point
- Hard working, result oriented, positive approach & ability to work under pressure
Educational qualifications:
- Post-Graduate, MBA from reputed B-Schools
Relevant Experience: 7-8 years
NBFC/HFC experience is must
