Exp : 9+ yrs  Location: Bangalore  Position: Senior Manager - SEO  Job Description :  - Senior Manager - SEO will lead the SEO practice in India and will play a crucial role in delivering SEO projects to iQuanti's clients.   - This role is also responsible for strengthening the SEO practice including planning and implementing skill enhancement requirements of the team.  - This role reports into the Delivery Head and will be based at iQuanti's Bangalore Office  Responsibilities :  This role comprises of four key functions.  Delivery/Consulting :   a) Oversee SEO projects across clients, with accountability for ensuring operational excellence and highest quality outputs  b) Provide guidance to the delivery teams on relevant methodologies and applications to achieve project goals  c) Establishes quality standards and ensures implementation of processes to deliver quality output for effective client servicing  d) Be the senior-level point of escalation to resolve issues, prioritize projects, or develop time-sensitive, high-impact work  Excellence :   a) Leads the creation of SEO frameworks to optimize the execution process  b) Recommend and drive the implementation of new tools and processes to continuously improve on SEO capabilities  People and Leadership :   a) Define skill matrix and work out training plan for the practice members  b) Identify and nurture talent and foster a culture of learning  Sales Support :   a) Collaborate with client partners and business development and assist the team with identifying growth opportunities for iQuanti and its clients  b) Develops relationships with 3rd party tools/platforms and works towards establishing iQuanti as a preferred partner
