About Client :
- Our Client is the world's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, they are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager -Search to join our client. This role assumes responsibility for crafting a performance strategy for clients and create success stories.
- This team is responsible for delivering international solutions, particularly in APAC & EMEA, with some global influence. You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and will hold a 'can do' attitude with the passion to learn and grow.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Working with all constituents of performance eco-system under one single roof
- Exposure to cutting edge technologies on performance

- Ability to work with a diverse team. Be a biddable media expert across paid Search, Social and self-serve platforms.
- Get proficient with latest trading techniques and deals by managing largest portfolio publishers and channel partners

What your day job looks like at Office:
- Interact effectively with regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia) and be a strong communicator
- Support Google Ads, GDN, Bing Ads, Amazon Search campaign launches and setup according to established processes
- Ensure ongoing campaign compliance in the organization to established guidelines
- Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platforms
- Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools organizations campaign management software
- Produce daily campaign reports, including daily pacing, data inputting and providing commentary to regional search teams
- Line manage 2 - 5 direct reports
- Support in the work QA of junior team members as the team grows

Minimum qualifications:
- 6-8 years experience of planning and managing Google Ads/ Search campaigns
- Proficient in English
- You have experience with SA360 (or other bid management platforms e.g. Marin, Ken shoo)
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager and DV360 (a bonus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
