Job Description - This is an opportunity to work in the captive unit of a UK based bank with a highly integrated set of teams servicing the bank's clients across different businesses and products.

Client Details

The client is a UK based challenger bank specialising in lending and retail savings, listed on the London Stock Exchange and a member of the FTSE 250 index.
 
Job Description : 

As a Senior Manager in the Savings unit, your responsibilities will be to :

- Oversee and manage functions such as client on-boarding, account setup, transaction management, amendments, closures and product maturities

- Lead a team of 50 individuals, ensure strict adherence to agreed policies, risk and control frameworks

- Ensure the highest quality of service delivery to both internal as well as external stakeholders

- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and deliver on cost objectives

Profile

The successful candidate would fulfill the following requirements:

- 12-15 years of experience in MNC financial services operations

- Working knowledge of savings related banking products and servicing

- A strong risk and control oriented mindset

- A thorough understanding of GDPR, Anti-Money laundering and BCOBS

- A proven track record of leadership and team management
