Senior Manager - SAP SD

The incumbent should be a an Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate in IT /with around 8 to 12 years of experience in end to end Implementation and Support for SAP SD.

Job specs :

- Supporting day to day business activities with attending and resolving issues in SAP SD. Develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document functional specifications for ABAP developments/interface enhancements, create test cases and verify results.

- Configuring, testing, documenting and delivering new business scenarios in SAP SD. Map business requirements and processes in consideration with integration to different SAP components and other systems; Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software/integration/interface problems.

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements and blueprint. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
