1. Responsible for business development in the Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka region
2. Setting up the office and building team under you.
3. Appoint network of retailers/ dealers/ distributors/ Sales Stockist to enhance market penetration and business.
4. Monitoring of performance of the sales team to ensure growth in business volume through providing of proper guidance and motivation.
5. Achieve sales targets through the sales team and to build excellent client relationships for positioning of all products in the market.
6. Develop brand image and position the product in the market.
7. Communication across all customer touch-points though dearer distributors network.
8. Liaison with Govt.
9. Perform market research and develop marketing strategy with maximum customer and dealer satisfaction.
10. Excellent leader ship skills and must have lead Team of ASMs, Sales Officers & Sales Representative.
11. Implementing & monitoring market inputs
1. Graduate in BBA / MBA Specialization Marketing.
2. Specialization marketing in long steel, TMT Bars is a must.
3. Distributions build up including new sales channels
4. Implementing & monitoring market inputs
5. Strong selling skills is must
6. Good technical knowledge of product composition.
7. Knowledge of dealing multiple products and depots.
8. Good negotiation skills.
9. Must be able to perform market research and monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
10. Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning
