- Understand international media serviced by company, co-ordinate with Publishers for media kits, presentations and market insights.
- Client Presentations and Proposals - Understand client briefs and co-ordinate with publishers sales operations teams as required, for media plans.
- Develop proposals, travel presentations in PPT, excel plans, as per the requirement in INR/Foreign currency.
- Co-ordinate with\ operations teams/ publishers for scheduling, placement, optimisation of campaigns.
- Analyse metrics & provide competition data required by travel sales team & clients after procuring from publishers operations team.
- Monitor market trends, Client intelligence, identify new potential clients, update database.
- Compile and maintain business data and history of client business and with respective media, Internal Insertion orders, co-ordination with Finance and Sales operations teams of company.
- Check invoices received from Finance, support for payment follow ups if required
- Assist travel sales team for arranging client meetings, publisher/client meetings on media visits to India and at international exhibitions.
- Structure promotion letters for opportunities with media, editorial coverage or any other occasion.
- Supervise dispatch of promotion copies with promotion notes when required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 10 years of sales support work experience in a multi-media house. Knowledge of Digital, TV and print media.
- Experience in Digital, TV and print media planning and scheduling.
- Well versed with MS Office applications like PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Knowledge of Excel formulas and calculations of foreign currencies & tax structures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, good math skills. Should have analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with key ad agencies and clients will be a plus - tourism boards, aviation and hotels.
- Organizational and time management skills. Should be able to work in different time zones where publishers are based. Flexible working hours when required.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning new concepts.
- Should be a team player and work in organizational discipline.
Education: Post graduate/Graduate with specialised course in Marketing or Advertising.
