Job Description :

We are looking for the following position with NSE/BSE listed one of the top real estate group engaged in luxury and ultra-luxury segments.

Desired Profile : MBA from premier institute with min 4 years relevant experience. Preference to candidates from the real estate industry.

Job Description :

The objective of the position is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins

1. Articulate market requirements and opportunities

2. Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

3. Develop, Articulate and define Sales strategy

4. Strategize appropriate to-market plans

5. Work closely with the CEO (Residential) and assist in corporate decision making

6. Research and analyse market conditions

7. Identify key competitor and consumer trends

8. Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements

Key Skills :

1. Able to work productively and seamlessly within cross-functional teams to enable an efficient product creation process

2. Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

3. Proven ability to manage and analyse data to derive meaningful insights for decision making.

4. Outstanding planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands and rapid change.
