CTC offering upto 33 LPA (Including variable)
Responsibilities -
1. Formulation and Implementation of Business Strategy - to drive overall business metrics and the Company's market share in Zone.
Expected outcome is improvement in business metrics and market share in Zone
2. Product Strategy - Support the Product Life Cycle Management with inputs for product development and execution of GTM strategy for new launches.
Improvement in overall product management process with better consumer and market feedback.
3. Price Management - Support pricing decision by linking it with zonal business priorities.
The expected result is to gain Market Share while increasing profitability
4. Media and Activation - Drive excellence in planning and execution of Media and Activation plan in zone
5. Benchmarking of Competition activities in the Zone encompassing Sales, Product, Price, Media and Activations. The objective is to use this as inputs to improve our understanding of the market and improve overall sales strategy for the zone
