Our Client India's largest Cash Management company and the world's fourth largest ATM Cash Management company. Our service include ATM Cash Management and Front Line Management, Retail Cash Pick-ups and Cash Collection automation, Managed Services and Currency Chest Automation.
Responsibility :
- Deepen, Enhance and manage the existing Customers
- To manage existing clients by providing solutions for their Card requirements.
- This will involve understanding their existing rates and terms and proposing a well-defined solution. Up selling and cross selling of card services, sending proposals and following up on orders
- Managing / servicing existing client relationships and bring in new relationships through referrals/ active solicitation. Resolution of customer queries & complaints. Client interaction will be on e-mail/ phone.
- Ensuring monthly generation of Bills on time and timely collection of payments.
- Ensuring coordination with internal teams like Finance, Operations, Legal and IT for timely resolution of customer complaints/issues
- Should regularly visit client premises for efficient account management activities.
- Generating lead through Negotiation, Tenders, Bids, RFP's, RFQ's and EOI's
- Preparing bid proposals in response to Tenders, Bids, RFP's, RFP's and EOI's
Experience and Background:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in similar role handling Banking clients
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Strong in interpersonal skills and relationship management.
- Detail-oriented and high on problem-solving skills
- Strong Analytical and Logical abilities.
- Capabilities to perform in a high-pressure environment within tight deadlines
