- Must have at least 15 years of previous sales experience in the Semiconductor or Electronic Component distribution industry
Job Description :
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of the sales strategy, business development plans for lighting solutions key customers in India.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing team and introduce new products and solutions into the Lighting business to enhance the company's market competitiveness and industry influence.
- Develop customer business plans to achieve sales performance goals.
- Gathering information and feedback on competitor schemes and offerings and product quality and reliability.
- Familiar with budget preparatory update and drive strategy and plans to maintain leadership position in the marketplace.
- Develop a detailed process for tracking and controlling margin which is effectively communicated by management. Margin activity to be reviewed by management on at least a weekly basis and evidence is maintained for 90days.
- Develop a documentation control to ensure all customer orders, shipping documents and customer invoices are automatically matched within the system, or a manual reconciliation occurs on a daily and evidence is maintained for at least 12 months.
- Identifying & developing opportunities for new business by co-ordination with OEM's/EMS/Design Houses/Traders etc.
- Maintaining booking pipeline & adhering to CRDs dates.
- Collection of outstanding amount and collection of dues shall be an integral part of this position.
