As we build out our product offerings for content creators, talent managers, brands, agencies & publishers, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work within this new vertical at OML.

As a Senior Saas Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing the Sales team as well as creating Go to Market strategies for the product. You will also be responsible for upholding OML values and building those into the team.

Responsibilities :

1) Build and manage the end-to-end sales process including pres sales & tech sales and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team

2) Define the GTM for the product lines and work closely with marketing to build a solid sales pipeline through relevant marketing/ sales channels

3) Align with internal teams (Marketing & Product) to deliver the numbers.

4) Analyze and identify how we can eliminate our clients- engagement and retention challenges.

5) Build and maintain C-Level relationships with our clients across industries

6) Nurture prospective clients and build a strong Rolodex

7) Evaluate key trends in the social media ecosystem and identify emerging trends to shape the future of the product.

8) Partner with the Marketing team on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives

9) Create and drive a SaaS reseller network across markets globally.

Requirements :

1) 5+ years of proven SaaS sales experience. MarTech sales experience is a huge plus.

2) Excellent networking skills with prior experience in building strong C-level relationships across different industries.

3) Successful track record of planning and rolling out GTM strategies

4) Well-versed with social media creator ecosystem and related trends

5) Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organisations and identify potential opportunities.

6) Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product & marketing

7) Metric-driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders.

8) Bachelors/Masters degree in Sales & Marketing or other related fields

9) Prior experience in Digital Marketing/Startup Technology companies is a plus.

10) Exposure to international markets
