Role & Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning - Build sales strategy and Sales plan for the assigned projects and geographies
- Forecasting periodic sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & profitability
- Ensure Learning & Development of the team through new learning, mentoring and Driving from Front
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve market share metrics
- Branding - Drive brand and name recognition through focused, differentiated reach and positioning strategy.
Pre-requisites:
Experience in developing high level selling and branding strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization.
Understanding of traditional and innovative selling strategies and a proven track record of driving and increasing sales and revenue.
Understanding the importance of aligning the organization internally around the brand and marketing objectives.
Experience - 6+ plus years in Sales & Marketing
Age - 28 to 38 years
