We are hiring for an MNC Company located in Gurgaon Based Location.

The company is a 5 days working (Work from office).

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the P&L. Ensure that all deals are based on positive margin, assets have a long term impact on the growth of the business and we have a Day 2 plan at the exit of the client.

2. Business Development with channel partners and get queries for office spaces and assist them to convert their clients into our tenants.

3. Customer Management. Managing key relationships with both end users and brokers and developing multiple channels

4. Strategic Thinking. Creating and developing a long-term plan and strategy. Develop strong working relationships with the brokerage community externally and internally with pricing, finance, and marketing teams. End to end management of the sales process i.e. from business development to closure

5. Marketing. Develop new marketing tools, presentation decks and proposal formats, along with the marketing teams.

6. Category Analytics. Proficient in analytics for an in-depth understanding of cash flows and returns

Bachelor's /Master's in any Real estate field.

- 8-10 years of experience in the IPC industry.

- They should have a complete understanding of the Managed Office deal process and thorough understanding of NCR commercial real estate market and adept at networking.
