- Design R&R schemes,contest,campaigns for distribution partners & employees to enhance business
- Driving and supporting incentive design along with appropriate simulation
- Incentive calculation and payout communication to Finance
- Budget tracking to ensure yearly spend is within allowable limit
- Prepare and publish Dashboards with analysis and insights
Desired candidate profile:
- Candidate must have relevant experience in designing and implementing R&R, Contests within Insurance industry
- Full-time MBA from a reputed institute
- Good command over MS Access/Excel
- Analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and manage conflicts in a tactical manner and positive resolution
