Hiring for Senior Manager - Sales for one the leading Singapore company based on searching and analysis on patents.

- Location : Chandigarh / Gurgaon

- Report to : Director

- CTC : 20 to 45 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Closely collaborate with the leaders to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals

- Seek out and land deals with new Enterprise target accounts

- Effectively qualify inbound opportunities and build a diverse outbound sales pipeline (outbound 80%)

- Engage with leaders in their target market, do in-depth discovery on their challenges, articulate our capabilities and create long-term customer relationships through delivering measurable business value - can do independently

- Speak confidently about the companys vision to a broad range of audiences from senior executives to individual contributors

- Manage pipeline activities including driving deals through presentations, demos and production trials; exhibit consistent deal progression to closure

- Identify deal stakeholders, understand budgets, procurement timelines and requirements

- Develop and manage quotes and proposals, contracts and price negotiations, and drive deals to closure

- Drive expansion opportunities within our existing customer base

- Gather and collaboratively share competitive intelligence and knowledge related to industry trends, customer preferences and challenges, with the marketing, product management and executive management teams

- Own the most important metric in the business: net-new revenue

- Work closely with the sales leader and CEO to scale up the already efficient sales process

- Give thorough discovery calls, qualify firmly, manage trials and expectations, and push deals through all the usual closing steps (legal, infosec, procurement, etc.)

- Lead highly personalized outbound campaigns for target accounts.

- Keep your deals updated in the CRM for weekly pipeline reviews and to prepare hand-off notes to the CX team.

- Be a company and brand advocate: our customers love us and the sales process (yes, we receive compliments on the sales process)

- Support the CX, product, and engineering teams as you receive feedback from prospects to align with product strategy and direction

Responsibilities:

- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target New Logo accounts and inbound leads to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities. This includes target market penetration via programmatic, calling on CXOs, senior-level executives, following up on marketing generated leads, webinar and event follow-up, creative campaign and door opener outreach, and more.

- Meet with prospects via telephone, video correspondence, and email

- Leverage programmatic go-to-market to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.

- End-to-end accountability for driving the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes.

- Quickly develop strong, positive relationships with new customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.
