Sr. Manager Sales Operations

Job Responsibilities:

The Incumbent plays important role of understanding the business in detail and thinking through the sales process end to end to help create an efficient, scalable and cost-effective sales process. The incumbent will have the following.

Responsibilities:

- Creating & deploying Sales Force Effectiveness [SFE] strategies for the field team in the organization. Must be familiar with variety of field concepts, practices and procedures.

- End to end design, detailing, execution and project management of key Sales Excellence/Operations projects

- Managing entire sales lifecycle of consumers, from the point sales happens till the time of onboarding and handover to operations.

- Leverage technology to create a sustainable, seamless, and scalable system for sales operations, collections management and consumer communication / on boarding.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of prior experience in sales/sales ops and consulting, preferably in a start-up

- Analytical and data-driven. Should be able to think of solving the problem for longer horizon - visionary

- Ability to lead in a dynamic and fast paced environment

- Excellent communication skills
