Job Responsibilities : - Source new sales opportunities through outbound lead follow-up through emails - Understand customer needs and requirements; Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest - Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory - Team with departments to build pipeline and close deals - Monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts and ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business objectives - Utilize existing processes and create new ones that enable visible and transparent management - Utilize the available tools or implement new ones that bring about increased sales effectiveness - Experience with lead generation and prospect management Requirements : - Has proven track record of over achieving revenue targets - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Good command of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word - Exceptional Communication Skills - written, oral and presentation skills. - Excellent telephone etiquette - Should have effective convincing skills with persuasive ability and tenacity - Ability to build strong relationships with customers - Self-disciplined, determined to succeed with excellent self-motivation skills - Experience with lead generation and prospect management
