Summary: The candidate would be instrumental in driving key HR initiatives in the Region towards achievement of organisational goals.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
- Key HR initiatives in the Region including HR policies and processes
- Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Employee Relations
- Personnel Management & Talent Development through capability building initiatives
- Employee Engagement Activities & Succession Planning
- Performance Management & Strategic HR
- Day to day HR, Personnel & General Administrative activities
- Industrial Relations, Employee welfare through grievance handling, legal & statutory compliance
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Robust 10+ years- HR experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Proven Pharma Sales HR Experience comfortable handling multiple stakeholders including senior stakeholders
- Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills
- A strategic thinker with strong people skills with a proven ability to - learn new skills- and - think on the feet-
- Ability to build partnerships across functions
- Credible, confident and articulate with excellent communication skills
- A dynamic go-getter with excellent multi-tasking capabilities in driving team efforts towards achievement of organisational goals
- Post - Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or its equivalent
