This pivotal role requires an individual with deep expertise in both human resources and sales dynamics. The Senior Sales HR Specialist will drive strategic HR initiatives that enhance sales team performance, engagement, and overall effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with sales objectives, fostering a high-performance sales culture.

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and on boarding process for sales leadership and critical sales roles, ensuring top talent acquisition.

- Design and deliver advanced sales training programs, enhancing the skill set and product knowledge of the sales team.

- Collaborate with sales leadership to create and refine compensation structures, incentives, and commission plans that drive sales force motivation.

- Provide proactive guidance and resolution for complex HR matters, coaching sales team members and leaders on best practices.

- Utilize data-driven insights to assess and improve sales team performance, utilizing KPIs and metrics.

- Oversee performance management processes, including setting ambitious goals, conducting impactful performance reviews, and fostering career development within the sales team.

- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant and up-to-date.

- Mentor and guide junior HR team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
