Sr Manager Sales
We are looking for a Senior Manager Sales for one of our Market Leader Client in the New-age Health-Tech space.
Location : Bangalore.
Education : MBA from Tier 1 Colleges.
Responsibilities :
- To relentlessly chase the targets set by the business and the sales leadership through the team.
- To continuously monitor, track, review and improve the input effort metrics.
- Improve capabilities of sales team via training team on
- Sales techniques - as prescribed in Company's Way of Sales
- Product training
- Soft skills, behavioural etc
- Continuously evaluate sales performance and run Performance Improvement programs(PIP) effectively.
- Responsible for 100% LS implementation & to give inputs to the central LS team for LS tool enhancements.
- Facilitating timely JDs and Performance appraisals for all employees working in their team - in coordination with respective functions and HR.
- Act as the escalation point for any consumer complaints and resolve it immediately.
- Provide strategic inputs to the category head/sales head on ideas of improving the funnel, quality of leads etc
