- Direct retail sales experience

- Managed 100 small stores or 25 Mega stores.

- Sales target achievement of a growth oriented company by smart management of people, product mix, pricing, new outlets, efficiency improvement.

- Understanding of sales planning, margin analysis, and BTL activity management.

- Understanding of store presentation & layout.

- Service quality management and developing quality customer engagement.

- Use of technology tools, CRM to boost sales.
