- Leading a team of young Tele Sales Executives with experience of 0-4 years.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Push the conversion ratio of registered leads and get maximum First Time Deposits.
- Expand our clientele and provide sales support to existing clients.
- Generating regular sales reports and performance metrics.
- Analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Maintaining quality standards for clients through written and verbal communications.

- Acquiring international HNI customers through outbound calling
- International Sales in Financial service domain
- Leading the teams and functions of Sales.
- Manage headcount requirements and assist in hiring as needed.
- Oversee the training, grooming, mentoring, and performance management of junior team members.
Manage client relationships.
- Fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Interact with potential and existing clients worldwide, promoting our products and converting them into loyal clients.
- Stay updated on financial services industry developments and current events.
- Analyse ongoing economic events in the global market.
