Senior Manager - Sales - Cable TV/ISP/Broadband Domain

1. 5-6 years of experience in the industry involving Cable TV, ISP / Broadband domains to various potential operators across the regions and categories

2. In depth understanding of the market, buying patterns, credentials, and past direct experience in business dealings and associations with the network owners, decision makers and influencers

3. Understand, Assess and Determine best fit solutions in sales promotional strategies for this domain and drive the sales with MSO- s, ISP's & Broadband operators

4. 100% visibility and coverage of the territory assigned by way of tactical planning and leveraging on the established relations on the ground in achieving recurring sales and revenues from the assigned territories

5. Market intelligence, competitive information and inputs to be provided on a dynamic basis to help evolve seamless strategies towards meeting varied customer expectations and requirements

6. Overall responsibility of this position includes driving Upgrades and new Head ends from CATV domain, Brown filed and Green field Broadband opportunities from MSO's / ISP's across the Tier-I through Tier-IV operators and AMC / SLA contracts

7. Responsible for clinching Orders, ensuring on time Payment realizations, and coordinating with customers and implementation teams towards smooth and timely implementation of various projects on month-on-month basis

8. Submit the Annual Business Plan with quarter-wise targets across the CATV, ISP/ Broadband & Services portfolio

9. Grooming Training and delegation of responsibilities to the Sales Team including introductions to key clients besides recommending specific training needs from time to time

10. Updating self and team regarding the changing dynamics at the customer's place / in the market space besides latest advancements in the latest technological trends/innovations and provide feedback to the back end team
