Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement a robust strategy for acquiring new customers, with a strong emphasis on generating fresh leads and closing deals.
- Take ownership of and exceed quarterly and annual order booking targets through aggressive prospecting and successful deal closures.
- Lead the entire sales process from lead generation, qualification, proposal submission, to contract negotiation and closure, demonstrating a hands-on approach to new business development.
- Implement a consultative approach to solution selling, tailoring B2B SaaS offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of clients, showcasing the value proposition of Lemnisk CDP
- Serve as a product evangelist, possessing in-depth knowledge of Lemnisk CDP's SaaS offerings, and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
Qualifications;
- Graduate degree in engineering (mandatory) with an MBA (plus) from a premier institute
- Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of successful consultative sales experience
- Exhibit a proven work ethic, meeting and exceeding sales commitments, particularly in enterprise sales, navigating complex sales cycle
- Display excellent presentation skills, creating engaging decks that highlight a deep understanding of the product and its alignment with client needs
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully closing sales deals in the APAC / MENA regions would be an advantage
- Proficiency in handling Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely and effective responses that align with client requirements is a plus
- Experience in selling to Enterprises especially Banks and Insurance companies is a plus
