Profile :- Sr Manager- Sales & Business Development

Qualification - Any Graduate/PG

Experience - (Stones (Mines and in Industries of Marble, Granite, Sandstone etc)

Responsibilities :

NOTE:

1. Major Products- Circular Saw/ Wire saw Pearls/ Chains / Multiblade, Gang saw and Single Blade segments/ Polish & Calibration, Tools etc. Identifying & Expanding Channel & Distribution sales through Direct & Indirect channels

2. New Business Development, and appointing right channel partners for all major projects in respective regions

3. Will be responsible for Credit & Receivables

4. Training the Partners/ key customers, periodically for Application oriented sales

5. Increasing the trial of the product, monitoring the results for better services and product mix in the region

6. Monitoring the sales on monthly, Quarterly basis for a better forecast to production team.

7. Expanding in New Markets and Diversifying in competitive businesses

8. Driving Promotions, participating in Seminars & Exhibitions of high repute

9. Collaborate with Technical teams for sustainable sales.
