For Senior Sales Manager, we require someone who: -
1. Sells software products to Cooperative Banks
2. Has done closures in Cooperative Banks
3. Sells the product in Mumbai Region majorly
4. Can speak Marathi.
5. MBA completed
6. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully as defined by senior management.
7. Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's strong presence coaching and performance monitoring of tele callers performance reporting under you.
8. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
9. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
10. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
11. Understanding prospect and existing customers GST compliance requirement and designing required solution with help of Product team.
12. Proposal preparation with technical solution and commercial write up with help of VP Sales and Business Unit Head.
