Job Description:
- To generate new accounts and develop business strategy for national and international markets by targeting multiple Rug Retailer, Furniture Segments, wholesalers and partners that ensure attainment of company goals and profitability.
- To attend national as well as international Trade shows & Exhibitions pertaining to the product category and building strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.
- Partner with multiple Rug Retailers and furniture segment to understand their needs and focusing towards Building & maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
- To Work closely with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Track sales team metrics and reporting to leadership.
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
- To coordinate with the production department and keep a follow up with them regarding the production phase so as to ensure its timely delivery to customer.
- Work closely with the production, design, marketing and logistic teams to ensure distributor requirements are met on a timely basis.
Work Experience
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the field of sales preferably Product sales.
- Experience Preferably from Carpet/Textile/Home furnishing Industry yet Manufacturing Background can also be considered
