Context/Scope :

Organisation's Global Business Shared Services (GBSS) aim to leverage Organisation's Operating Model by supporting standard processes and systems with effective and efficient shared services across Organisation, provided by a trusted outsourced partner and by internal services.

- The GBSS model currently includes GBSS Budapest, with an employee base of approx. 1000 FTEs, providing back office processing (financial, cash cycle, operations and HR) and other value-add services. It also encompasses a significant part of the group's Financial Planning and Reporting and Treasury activities (Accounting, Control and Performance). Further outsourced GBSS locations include Manila, Bucharest and Prague and there are 3 further regional shared services in Bogota, Manila and Nairobi. GBSS is a multicultural, multi-language environment.

- The RTR Governance Manager's role is to act as guardian of the end to end RTR process and ensure the effectiveness and continuity of control over the RTR processes across Organisation.

Dimensions :

Closely supports the Global Governance and RTR Governance Director, provides information and support to the RTR Service Delivery teams, Group Controller and Market / Regional Finance teams across Organisation and liaises with other internal & external stakeholders.

Financial :

Manage the departmental overhead budget (Staff costs, project recharges and T&E).

Market Complexity :

- Activities cover the entire Organisation structure, requiring connection with each and every function from supply sites through IMC's to central and Corporate functions, including those elements managed through our business process outsource (BPO) partners.

- Leadership Responsibilities & capabilities Governance of the global end to end RTR processes. Manage direct reports and team efficiently and in line with Organization people principles.

The Manager would be expected to be responsible for :

Decision making and ownership :

- Overall ownership for the end-to-end RTR process and policy designs, implementation and compliance (via quality adherence)

- Initiate RTR policy and keep these up to date and publish them to the wider Finance community

- As a shared responsibility with GBSS and Group Controller, provide strategy for the end to end processes and alignment to

- Lead the governance of the processes with a team of cross functional subject matter experts through senior managers within RTR Governance

- Operate regional governance model with captive / BPO partners, establish performance management of captive / BPO operations and continued performance against the agreed KPIs

Purpose of Role :

- The RTR Governance Manager will deliver efficient and effective governance for the RTR processes to all supported businesses

- Ensure delivery of outsourced RTR activities in line with SLA, local legislation, CARM/SOX

- Develop and own governance frameworks for all supported finance systems

- Ensure all controls and processes are understood and delivered to meet CARM / GAR satisfactory standard

- Act as guardian of end to end RTR process globally through maintenance of RTR policies and processes, operate RTR performance metrics

- Significant element of senior stakeholder management through RTR Process Board and other bodies to ensure adherence to and alignment of RTR process initiatives, policies and procedures

Top Accountabilities

- Act as a guardian of RTR policies, processes (keep them up to date) and embed them across Organisation

- Define and manage Global RTR Metrics and other RTR measures to success

- Create possibilities to optimise, simplify and automate end to end RTR process and cross functional processes impacting RTR

- Actively support GBSS and other RTR projects through a senior team of subject matter experts

- Deliver the RTR process control agenda (satisfactory audit ratings)

Qualifications and Experience Required :

- 7-10 years senior management experience in finance in SSC and/or FMCG environment with Organisation market experience a preference

- Finance/Accounting graduate or MBA

- Strong Financial process understanding and experience in RTR process management both at an operational and leadership level

- Inspirational and Motivational Leadership style

- Strong business partnering skills with desire to make a difference beyond the own team, function and GBSS

- Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders and engage the organisation effectively

- Project and Change management experience - capability to deliver change through effective project management

- Knowledge of how to apply appropriate models, frameworks and best practise

- Ability to drive performance through others, supporting colleagues in pursuit of the team goal and ensuring focus on deliverable
