Senior Manager - Risk - Real Estate Lending

Job Purpose :

To analyse, measure and manage different types of risks on real estate lending portfolio & distribution business

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Responsibilities :

- Market Intelligence (Competition, Deals, Markets etc)

- Identifying key risk levers of the businesses

- Preparation and maintenance of Risk Directory

- Providing early warning signal on risks (not limited to credit risks)

- Supporting Business in managing the risk highlighted

- Preparing Risk Dashboards for each business

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : CA/MBA

Experience : 5-7 Years

Functional Competencies :

- Good understanding of risks involved in Real estate lending & distribution

- Expertise in Excel, Power point (Comfortable in building Macros etc)

- Preferably worked in an Internal Audit Department of a large Corporate

- Eye for detail
