Senior Manager - Risk Management

Our client is a top Life Insurance Company Listed on both the stock exchanges in India.

We are undertaking a search for a Sr. Manager - Risk Management to be based out of their corporate office.

Role:

- Monitor and supervise the activities of the ground sensing team and PAN India risk controllers.

- Ensure the timely and accurate utilization of dashboards provided by the central team to enhance overall efficiency.

- Monitor and track investigations conducted by the risk controllers, ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidelines.

- Collaborate with the central team to establish and maintain SOPs for risk management processes, ensuring they are followed consistently.

- Coordinate with the central team to understand and communicate any updates, changes, or improvements to the dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

- Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding the performance and effectiveness of the ground sensing team and risk controllers.

- Stay updated with industry regulations, best practices, and trends related to risk management, making suggestions for process improvements, as necessary

Qualification: MBA degree with 6-8 years of experience in a relevant field such as risk management, business administration, or finance.
