Our business consulting practice is keen to hire senior professionals for our fast-growing Risk and Finance (Risk) practice. This role is for professional with significant knowledge in the areas including risk management, RBI / BIS regulations, model validation, model development, ICAAP, Enterprise Risk management, derivatives and other risk areas.

The professional will be responsible for leading project delivery and supporting clients in the aforesaid areas. This involves frequent contact across all stakeholders, managing and building a team of subject matter experts, developing proposals, solution development in risk management areas and outreach for supporting the business.

Nature of role: Full time

Number of years of experience expected: 6- 12 Years

Areas of part experienced preferred: Risk management / Treasury implementation / credit risk / market risk / ESG / model validation / model development / AI & ML / ICAAP / Enterprise Risk Management / Derivative pricing / ALM / FTP

Educational qualification expected: CA / ACCA / MBA / BTech / Actuary

Additional certifications required: CFA / IFRS Diploma / FRM / CQF / PRM

Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US

Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English

Technology proficiency preferred: Python / R / Rust / SaS / Bloomberg / Reuters / OFSAA

Selection process:

We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:

Interview: There are expected to be at least 2- 3 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.

Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.

Key responsibility areas:

- Lead, manage and execute Lead project delivery and building client deliverables in the areas of risk management.

- Keeping abreast and interpret regulations released by different regulators related to market, credit and other risk areas.

- Lead, manage and execute medium to large-scale risk management projects.

- Mentor, up-skill and develop team members at different levels for project execution.

- Contribute subject matter on Acies TechWorks product development in the areas of risk management.

- Responsible for development of standard proposals, pitch decks in the subject matter area and engaging with the clients,

- Independently drive day-to-day execution of assigned client projects and internal initiatives

- Deep knowledge of risk management and quantitative risk areas

Other important information:

- Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India

- Period of engagement: Full-time position

- Probation period: 6 months

- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.

- Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion.

- Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Preparation required:

- Subject matter expertise in 2 or more risk management areas

- Well versed with RBI regulations and technology products that are used to automate risk management areas.
