Position : Senior Manager-Risk & Compliance

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- 9 - 12 years of experience in the Risk and compliance domain in financial services or IT/ ITES with proven track record in service delivery.

- Ability to gauge risk and compliance impact of projects Experience in driving organisation towards attaining ISO certification Certification in risk management and ISO certified - 27001/22301 .

- Design, implement and monitor R&C activities and ensuring delivery as per standards of Quality on ISO 27001, 22301(includes BCP) with zero tolerance to information security and data protection breaches.

- Manage and supervise periodical audit of Vendors to ensure absolute compliance of regulations

- To build knowledge within team and Subject Matter experts in the areas of Risk. Will also be responsible to motivate and promote team towards

- Lead a team encompassing - Operational risk management, Compliance, Business Continuity, Information security and data privacy functions .

- Benchmark operational risk management to create global centre of excellence related to operational risk management in the Group
