Role purpose: Lead the Country's reward strategy and its implementation to attract, retain, engage and motivate while remaining consistent with the values of the company
Role / Profile:
- Work closely with the HR Head and leadership team to develop and implement a new pay and reward strategy in in talent acquisition, retention and development.
- Take responsibility to design processes and recognition arrangements in line with business targets
- Manage and implement the annual pay review process accurately and effectively within budget constraints.
- Understand Employee Satisfaction Surveys & develop, align and streamline reward and recognition policies and procedures, which are supportive of business needs
- Manage the annual cycle of reward processes and any out of cycle processes
- Provide market analysis and benchmarking to develop options and inform reward decisions
- Support mobility amongst brands with advice and data
- Support organisation effectiveness in clear role definition and job levelling
- Build a wider understanding of reward with HR and managers
- Be the face of HR to lead OD & Transformation initiatives in B- lore office
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Expert in implementing employee welfare policies
- Reward specialist, advising on all reward matters in several markets or geographies preferred
- Job matching and job evaluation
- Numeracy and analytics
- Compensation survey design principles, content and analysis
- Interacting with top management
- Experiences with executive reward preferred
Preferred experience background:
Min 8+ year of relevant experience
