Should have experience in managing the rewards & loyalty program.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage the Loyalty program for the Credit Cards portfolio

- Optimize redemption rate and rewards costs; manage redemption rate within a given Cost per point

- Manage service delivery levels wrt rewards redemption

- Launch new and innovative ways of engaging with the Cardholders wrt rewards program

- Work closely with business, technology, customer services and operations teams to identify process gaps and develop automated solutions

- Create and sustain strategic and tactical partnerships & programs at a regional & national level for direct deals on redemption

- Manage e-rewards catalogue keeping in mind customer needs/preferences
