About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational in the life sciences and health care space in India. With a strong global market leading brand to leverage from, their India operations are growing consistently in the past few years of their presence in India. They are currently hiring for a Senior Manager- Revenue Recognition based out of their office in Gurgaon

Job Description - Reporting directly into AVP- finance, you will be responsible for :

- Ensuring Revenue & Deferrals being accounted for in accordance with US GAAP & company's corporate accounting policies

- Operating lease and Finance lease accounting in accordance with US GAAP Recommends action to higher level managers where accounting transactions have material impact on financial results.

- Assists in providing customer support that includes troubleshooting transaction problems, answering questions and handling special requests / projects.

- Ensuring Month end close activities.

- Monthly review of GL Accounts, Control accounts & other GL reconciliations.

- Reviewing End to End GL Accounting, Deferred Revenue Roll-forwarding, Distributors Commission/Indent Commission Accounting

The Successful Candidate :

- You are a CA with 5-7 years of post qualification experience in an MNC environment.

- You should have exposure of interacting with stakeholders from different countries and cultural environments.

- Should have strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of experienced managers and employees. Prior experience of Revenue Accounting is a must.
