Senior Manager - Revenue Assurance - NPI & Automation - Telecom

This role requires a unique blend of business and technical skills to effectively drive the required activities.

1) 10-12 yrs of experience in finance with exposure in billing, collections, revenue assurance functions

2) Understanding of new Product Implementation, Automation, Risk Assessment, Giving and Recommendation from RA side on Process Re-Designing.

3) In Depth Understanding of functioning of different OSS/ BSS tools including Network Inventory, Mobility Services, Bulk Messaging, Rating, Mediation, Billing, Collection.

4) Able to think proactively and innovatively to identify the automation opportunities to build control and efficiency as well to deploy solutions across Quote to Cash cycle and Procure to Pay cycle.

5) Ability to juggle multiple priorities to deliver the strategic objectives of the function and solving complex problems/ issues.

6) Able to Demonstrate quick Understanding of Risk and Impact of RA Identification and highlight to Cross Functional Team for Solving the issue to Minimize the risk and impact.

7) Bachelors & Masters in finance, CA or CPA is preferable Excellent communication, collaborative and influencing skills

8) Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet deadlines under pressure with very lean team

9) Excellent negotiation skills, ability to work to challenging deadlines in demanding fast paced environment

10) Ability to manage by outputs, not micro-manage by activity / task.
